Gyno after pct

Ok guys I just finished m pct which consited of clomid 100/50/50/50 and nolva which was 40/40/20/20 my cycle was test e for 12 weeks at 500 mgs a week and dbol first four weeks at 40 mg a day k so my nipples have been gettin sensitive wat should I do I can feel a lump forming could I take arimidex or wat should I do

I know someone who was in the same boat as you. He did research and decided to run nolvadex/letrozole for 4 weeks straight, he was going to go longer to 6 weeks but the gyno was gone.

Wk1 - 40mg/ED Nolvadex///1.25mg/ED Letrozole
Wk2 - 40mg/ED Nolvadex/// 2.5mg/ED Letrozole
Wk3 - 20mg/ED Nolvadex/// 2.5mg/ED Letrozole
Wk4 - 20mg/ED Nolvadex///1.25mg/ED Letrozole

He also used creatine to help from not drying up.

I only have arimidex 1 mg capsules and nolva 20 mg capsules

i'd say nolvadex 20mg 3-4 weeks with aromasin 25mg 5-6 weeks (aromasin should be ran longer to avoid estro rebound from nolva)

i believe clomid and nolva both rebound.. and that is probably why it got so bad after you got off them.. i'd say aromasin like z83 recommended as it does not rebound.. use your nolva with that

Ah I don't have aromasion I think I will just use adex 1 mg every otherday and nolva 20 mg everyday is it ok to run those two together

Dam this shit been killin me so I will use adex like every three days n come off it slowly while using nolva n come of tht slowly how's tht sound
