Week 1-52: Train, eat, sleep.

I'm 5'8.5" and 315. With this cycle I hope to get bigger and stronger.

Let me know what you think.

That'd be f'in cool. I'd love the chance to help out...

Which reminds me: out of curiosity if a gym you didn't belong to was offering a seminar on being better (benching, squatting, deadlifting, eating, dieting, etc.) would you go to it if it was, like, 60-70 bucks for an afternoon (2-3 hours)?

I'm going to do this soon and am just in the process of ironing out the wrinkles.

yup, i would for sure.. i know there's always more to learn when it comes to lifting for me, especially the bread n butter lifts, which i avoided for a long time because i was stubborn/lazy/uneducated. i just started doing squats & deadlifts this year and if i could've gone somewhere to learn proper form, technique, etc and pick up some other useful info from experienced lifters, for sure id do it.. $60-70 sounds reasonable as well. cheaper than a personal trainer, which is what id ultimately love to hire but not really in that position financially at the moment.

it's a good idea, might get people into your gym that would otherwise not have known about it, and might even get some new members, which is always good.

how would you get the word out though for something like that?

I have minions. All the peeps that I've helped so far are eager to get the word out for me at their places of employment, the university, etc.

I may even do a flyer for the local area and even blanket other gym parking lots (the latter is kinda dirty so I might not do it).

If it fit into my work schedule I would make the trip to Calgary for this . I might even be able to bring some people with me.

Keep me posted as I do get lots of time off work .

Yeah none of us are totally sick of the holier-than-thou drug-free attitude.

We get it. Now give it a rest.

Well.........
I do drugs, and im not available to teach..... so sorry.....lolol

I know, i know you hate my bodybuilder bench press technique...
Im pretty sure aladdin is just joking about bringing up the drug free stuff....He is drug free im sure, but hes a smart feller, and i dont think he would say something spitefull, for real....IMO...
But wtf do i know, im better than you...so there....lol:moon

BUT, my gf is drug free, and can kick most guys asses in the gym, so maybe hes onto something....lol...ok, im a smartass....sorry...have fun, just know, aladdin is a jokester, and i dont think hes a serious fella about the drug stuff.....???
We all take different paths........some are steeper and more treacherous than others.....

^^^ ;) Willy's right (he usually is).

I've used in the very distant past (improperly unfortunately) but am currently bigger and stronger with nothing. In retrospect, I have misspoken. I'm not drug-free so much as I am totally clean.

I will use again one day (properly) and I'm gonna love it.

It'd just be nice to see guys using drugs as what they are: supplements, and as the name implies they are supplemental to training and eating. Too much "I'm 175 looking to bulk up to 190... how does my cycle look?" on here.

Nisser says he's sick of the no-drugs attitude.

I say I'm sick of the reliance-on-drugs attitude.

Meh. Whatevs.
