I am going to assume you are a vegan (I sure hope so if you are using this stuff!)... I looked it up and I am not a big fan of plant based proteins in general as they do not have the best amino acid profiles (with the exception of Soy... I call it the cream of the crap :) )... If you want a vegetarian based protein powder, I have a couple Optimum Nutrition 100% Soy Proteins in stock for $30 for 2lbs...

i was once bitched out by a vegan chick because i ate honey... she protested "cruelty to bees!!".... lmao
the veggy protein powder looks alright on the label.... but what has it got to do with dieting? afaik, any protein powder will do you fine on a diet.

alot of soy based proteins will give you man boobs, and the milk ones are a little bit slower to digest.

im not a fan of soy either.
what about whey isolate though? its fast absorbed.. whats the price difference between the two? is the veggy one expensive? bulk whey isolate might be a better choice imo.

well you get about 840g of the harmonized vegan protein per container. I went with the natural vanilla flavor for $45. Im not sure of the price of the stuff your talking about or the amount you get?

But why don`t you just use some whey protein? What`s with favoring this stuff? At that price, it`s far from a bargain. Why is the stuff you`re taking better if you`re dieting? Sounds ot me some hippy wavy gravy type convinced you this is what you need for some reason. I`d like to know why. But as Andre said that kind of protein is indeed inferior to whey. Creme of the crap... Good one! I`ve looked at the creme that sometimes surrounds my crap in the toilet. It`s not pretty.

Trying something different...
Why?
That's like saying, I'm going to try something different than the gym. I'm going to try aquacize instead.

We don`t need to take it to say it`s inferior to high quality whey. For Christ`s sake, just look at the bioavailability of this stuff. It`s like rock bottom. I seriously doubt you will find anyone who will recommend this powder on a bodybuilding forum who dosen`t have allergies or suffers stomach problems to the various whey powders. But hey, by all means chug, chug, chug... :greet

If you don`t like iso`s keep trying out different one`s. TrueSupplements here will send you some free samples so you have nothing to loose. Which one`s have you tried?

Yeah, but think of all the poor Chia Pets that are slaughtered for YOUR protein alternative.
