Those were my stats from yesterday... My carbs vary a bit. sometimes being up to 350g. And my protein is always over 200g. Fat is usually always the same

I suggest not doing Squats, Deadlifts, and Bench Press all on the same day. Those are the bread and butter of each muscle group. If you're lifting heavy you're gonna burn out.

nope. you will be catabolizing muscle. youre doing too much per day. deads, bench, and squat on monday plus the other shit?? wtf.

I do squats, and I am done. I am almost ready to puke. Same with deads to be honest.... revamp the whole thing.

split up your muscle groups and increase intensity which it is apparent you need to do

I have no other suggestions, as I do not believe you can do a 3 day split personally

should i just switch around some of the exercises so I can do each of them on a diff day?

I agree then, you def have to revamp your work out plan, especially if your trying to bulk, you have to be able to focus on your core exercises in order to promote the growth your looking for........and eat like a pig so to speak ;)

okay sounds good. as general rule of thumb.. whats the most in terms of sets, and exercises i should be doing a day max for my goal

agreed.......wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too much especially for being natural!

I'm natural and find that around 9 working sets for bigger muscle groups (chest, back, quads), and around 4-6 working sets for smaller ( bis, tris, calves) works great...then a week of every 7 weeks (so 8th week is off)
