I have the whole show. The video was really well done. I didn't order pics from David Ford as I thought my own photographer would have gotten ggod enough shots...I was wrong.

Dont you have to place 1st in the southers in order to get a year bi for provincials of 2010? and top 5 can go to provincials 2009? which was 1 week later? Or am I mistaken?

CC got first and overall, and has a lifetime by, into the provincials, Top 5 are qualified from southerns to go to provincials the following year, or you can go to southerns again and then go to provincials, im going to both............

First, Second & third place you can compete in 2010
fourth and fifth was only good for 2009
Im going to have to try Southerns again & place better!

yup, will be sweet in Calgary this yr..., ill prob be 225-230 this year minimum on stage, already began posing and have a great guy hired to teach me, i way underestimated the Alberta show last yr....Ive only been to novice shows in manitoba, and sask, big difference...,

already bigger and way leaner than last yr, with 5 months of bulk left...lol....Was talking to my good buddy i competed with and he is doing both of them along with me, He was the biggest guy in our class last yr......Met awesome dudes last yr over there, im still close with...All around awesome experience...It is good comraderie, even though my fellow heavyweight and i joke a lot about kickin each othrs asses, it is great fun...We both have our trainers lined up, and are both in full offseason right now, and we have different prep coaches, so will be cool.....8 months left babyyyyyyy....
