I need to find a good bass VST, does anyone know of one? Preferably free!!!! IK Multimedia Ampeg SVX gets great reviews, but they claim that their demo emits a hiss noise periodically and the demo is non-activatable...which means that if I found a crack, it would be useless anyways...unless someone can confirm that their claim is BS to keep people from "stealing". haha...obviously these guys forget that musicians don't have any damn money and can't afford $300 pieces of software!!
What I've got so far:
Sonar for mixing
Amplitube Metal for guitar VST, I put my guitar through a USB interface...it's awesome, play my guitar with tons of different amps, pedals, and settings
EZDrummer with some of the expansions. I hook up my electronic drums through a MIDI to USB interface. I wish I could mix up the expansion packs though, Vintage has cool toms, Drumkit from hell has wicked cymbols, Nashville has good snares...
Any info about a good bass VST that I can actually play the parts would be awesome...it would be even better if you knew of one that I could play my guitar to get bass sound out of...saves me from buying a bass too! haha
Thanks guys!!!
