I will train like this

wed off(cardio,stability work)
thursday day4

weekend off(cardio stability,core)

tempo 4.0.2.0 60-90seconde rest
A-1 decline DB presses,semi supinated grip 10X10
A-2 chins up 10X10
a-1 35lbsX10
a-2 10/7.3/5.2/6.2/5.1/5.3/6.2/5.2/6.2/5.1
.=rest pause
superset
tempo 3.0.2.0 30-45sec rest
B1 incline DB flyes
B2 one arm DB rows
b1 15lbs(way too ligth)x10/20x10/20x10
b2 60lbsx10/60x10/60x10

overall great pump,dont let the small weight fool you!!
Oh,Next Day1 session,i will bring my resistance band to help me on the chin ups.

b-2 seated calf raise

back from the gym,good pump,the 4sec down 2sec up tempo is really killer.I superseted it after all.
all 10reps and same tempo
a1 135x9sets 145x1set(last set)
a2 50-60-60-60-70-70-70-80-80

superset
b1 20-20-14(no hand support,hard to stay stable on the edge of the bench)
b2 60x20-60x20-60x20

tomorrow off and Thursday its arm day!

My whole body is sore this morning,I like it!
What I like abut the squat with low poundage and longer tempo is that,i feel safer,i can really control the weight and if i cant squat it anymore..**** it ill press it overhead and rack it!

on my 4th day of EC, I feel good,not as hungry,no craving.
