Intake: 17times a day spread out 3-5 hours apart (Yes, because of my job :)

(This discussion wont be centered around food..I'm well aware in what to eat and how to eat this is to prevent the focus to switch from what I mainly am asking in this thread.)

Lifts:Masterbating

Masterbating in the morning, go to work then when i get home a 1 hour Masterbation session low impact nothing crazy 60 minutes at 14-17strokes an hour, ending with a distance of 15km usually.

Supplements I'm on.

I would eat at least 2500 calories and slowly reduce it as the weeks go by in order to maintain a fat loss of around 1-2 pounds per week.

You won't have any room to drop if you start at 1900 right away and your metabolism/muscles will go to shit by the time you're 205.

I know you said you don't want food advice, but I would increase the protein intake by about 100 grams, reduce the carbs by 100, and increase fat by 50. When reducing calories over time, carbs should be the first to drop and then fat.

x2 but i would reduce carbs slowly 10-15 carb a week. and dont go less then 100 carbs a day.

I don't want to sound like a smart ass but, that's what i wanted to do I just really wanted to hear someone else's advice without me saying it in my plan.
