Aromasin PCT question

so i have everything i need for my winter bulker, it's going to look like this (thanks for everyone's help with that, btw)

1-4 50mg D-bol
8-12 50mg D-bol
1-20 750mg Test Cyp
1-20 600mg EQ

10-20 500iu HCG 2x week <-- 2 250iu shots a week
22 100mg clomid, 12.5mg aromasin
23-26 50mg clomid, 12.5mg aromasin


so, when i got my stuff, i noticed that my aromasin is in 25mg tabs, and not in 12.5mg tabs like i had hoped

how abouts do i go about this boys? take 1 25mg tab eod?

Aromasin has a short half life (apprx 24hrs) so eod dosing is not optimal. I recommend 25mg of aromasin per day during pct.

Also, looking at the rest of your pct, you will not need 5 weeks of clomid, 3-4 weeks max. Run the aromasin 1-2 weeks past the clomid as well to prevent estro rebound.

I also recommend you use HCG from week one of your cycle, right up till 3-4 days before you start pct...testicular shut down starts with the first inject or pill of AAS that you take...why let the boyz shut down for 10 weeks??

gustavo, i have 2 5000iu viles so i can do 500iu (split into 2 250iu shots a week) a week for 20 weeks, so should i wait 2 weeks into my cycle before i start hcg?

how does this look?

I never start my HCG until around the middle of my cycles, thats just me though.....not saying gus's protocol isn't effective by no means though

runnin 50mgs drol ed, 650mgs wk test e, and 550mgs wk eq, just started on thurs so no feedback yet bro. My PCT is going to look like this.....1 wk after last shot...

...20mgs Nolva ed for 6 wks, 500iu HCG ed, 20mgs Arom ed for 3 wks, 1,000iu Vitamin E ed for 3 wks

Two weeks in is not too bad i guess, there is still gonna be some suppression of the leydig cells in waiting though..

By waiting to use HCG until the middle of your cycle you are allowing the cells of your testes to shut down and stop working...recovery will always be easier if the cells of the testes remain active the entire cycle.

Wow, I'm on the 12th week of almost the exact same cycle, right down to the clomid/aromasin PCT. The only differences were no orals, Test E@ 600mg/wk instead of 750, and I used Test prop @ 150mg EOD for the first 3 weeks. Personally, I was surprised at how long the EQ took for me to notice anything significant - increased hunger, and just seemed to have better endurance overall - but I'm really enjoying it!

I'm 23yr old, 5'11"

Pre-cycle I was 200lbs, 10-12% BF

Currently @Wk 12 I'm 225lbs and ~14-15% BF, but I'm carrying more water than I was before I started so hopefully a little of the BF increase is just water retention.

All my bodyweights are measured first thing in the morning, after my morning piss to try to minimize variation from clothing/food/water etc. over the course of the day.

My EQ dosage is 600mg/wk
