Well here are a few new pics of my back progress. Got my deads at 400lbs now(yes bar included), BB shrugs @250lbs and the shrug machine(don't know what it's called) i can do 360lbs, pullups im at a 25lb plate. Im happy with my progress thus far and i can't wait to see where i can go from here.

i dont see how your dead is 400 and ur shrugs are only 250? different strokes for differnt folks. in any case, keep up the good work.

I use straps for my deads and bare hands for shrugs to help build forearms. Can't dead over 300lbs with out the use of straps.

You need more vertical pulling motions to widen up those lats. I like wide grip pulldowns but any pullups or pulldown variation will do the trick....

Oh i do wide grip pulldowns and wide grip pullups. I will get those lats to flare out soon enough:yeah
