So i think im in the market to by some new gear and your input on this would be great
My works out are more of power lifting type lots of dead lifts squat and bench . And lately i have been feeling like i could use a little more support i guess for my lower back and something to help me to make sure i keep a good arch in my back while dead lifting an squatting. So i guess i'm in the market for a good belt . any suggestions ?

Great Belts! But I prefer the lever bar none.

^ you got it. You can go with a 10mm or 13mm. Here's a post you might be interested in reading http://www.clutchfitness.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1140. Personally, I like it because it's a quick easy on and easy off.

Thank you , only thing im worried about with the lever is i don't really have any experience with a belt so im sure how tight it should be or if i should go 10mm or 13mm

i'm 211 and 6ft btw

thanks man, was many yrs ago. I just soaked this belt in the tub over night then wore it round the house till it dried, it now fits like a glove, and they are quite cheap as well so if it isn't what ya want then your not out much in the end ;) ......just a thought :)

This is where I got my belt. I have the 10mm competition belt. They`re in the states but ship usps. Very nice belt with choice of colours and dual or single prong. This thing will last longer than my joints will ha

Theres alot of holes on the Inzer lever to adjust to the right tension. They are real stiff at first but they do work awesome.Once it breaks in a little you can adjust it a bit tighter

I prefer 13mm myself.

So what about the 13 mm do you prefer over the 10 mm ?

^^^^As you might expect they will give you more support. They will be also harder to break in. If this is your first belt a 10mm is probably best.

^^good to know , so basically the most support comes from the 13mm but its going tot take a bit longer to break in .

I love my lever belt but ot is kind of annoying for powerlifting because I have to change it. For each the bench squat and deadlift but I love the tightness and stiffness of it
