Was this bad form..Feedback please

Well I have done a few Vitamin B12 shots in order to get a handle with my injection fears. My last shot was like butter.

The previous shot in the quad, I was in a rush and hit the more anterior portion of the muscle. Recieved a good bruise and a good amount of blood came out. What was good that it didn't even faze me and all has healed. But want to make sure where I went wrong here? Some advise?

Next few shots are intended for my glutes. I think I can only do the one side since the other side is awkward as shit to get too..lolol.

not the best place to inject imo as there are more than enough other places with less chance of hitting something like in the quads...

To find my spot for quad injections, I stand, let my arms hang, and where my middle finger touches my leg is about where I pin (heightwise). I always go pretty far to the outside too. Since I've used this protocol for quads, I haven't hit any nerves, and rarely hit veins - maybe 2-3x in 12 injections so far. *knock on wood*

Quads are my favorite place to pin, i have no idea how people with any size can inject their own glutes... maybe I have short arms, but I tried and just couldnt do it.

i always pin quads, i don't need to mark mine i have a scar on one leg and a birthmark on the other :cool:

if you have been injecting long enough you learn to use one hand to aspirate and inject with no probs! its called experience and skills bruh ;)
