I don't know if anyone care but I would like to share my experience with this new product I bought 2 weeks ago.

I have had issue with my hips for the last 5 years. The pain started behind my right knee. I went to a chiropractor a couple weeks later and after 400$ and a bunch adjustment. The pain was now on my left side thighs. I relocate from Quebec to Alberta and went to a new chiropractor. 1000$ dolars later I was now limping. I manage to get my deadlift to 315 and a relatively decent squat anyway.

This is a schema of a pelvic tilt to show my hip problem. this cause my left leg to be a little longer.

My pelvis being tilted, my torso was rotating toward my right side aswell.

Went to a new chiropractor here in calgary 20 time another 1000$. Problem was getting better, but nothing was improving anyway with last 5 visit.

I order trueback of the internet to try it out, nothing to loose anywayat this point 50$ more or less.

Believe it or not. after 7 days of using this thing 30min 4x a day, my squat improved 40lbs, and my hip is almost straight. I did not know that, but my problem was from my lower back. Maybe from deadlift with bad form when I started training 5 years ago. Chiropractor always worked on my hips only.

Hey Memo, thanks for posting this. Our situations are very similar. Been to a few highly recommended chiro`s spent alot of $$$ like you and ended with pain on the other side as well. I`ve had pain behind my knee and in the ligaments that go down the side in that area as well because a leg being longer than the other. Often have sciatic pain because of this and can`t train olbiques because of it. Basically a shit tone of problems because of this. Did you have sciatic pain because of the hip problem? I swear, at one point I couldn`t even sleep with the covers over my feet because my foot would want to cramp up...

I`m gonna go ahead and try this device. Did you order it from any site in particular?

got it from ebay, 60$ new with shipping. I had pain at so many different spot during those 5 years, heavy stretching always helped, but for some reason was helping to keep the pain away but not the problem.

Im telling you when i started to use this device, I felt how rotated my torso was, and when I stand up after a seance, I really feel like everything is getting back where it should be. I could hear clicks & cracks when I would lift my left knee to chest from standing up, its all gone. I still feel daily improvement after 2 weeks.

I thought it was a gimmick, and im surprisingly happy with the result. I wish I got this 5 years ago before aggravation of my problem.

Good to hear Memo. I`m just like you that the stretching keeps the pain to a minimum, but man, if I miss 2 days, I`m in bad shape...

I went to the official site and man it seems like a cheesy piece of garbage. Without your recommendation, no way would I every consider using it. I will hang a pic of you on my wall if it clears up my pain...

I know what you mean, I was very skeptical myself. When I open the package I felt like i got ripped off. I went straight for maximum stretching, so removed the foam, and put the higher part under my lower back. they say stay for 30sec to 10min. After 30 min I got up. Could barely walk. but felt amazing the next morning.

The only downside is that all day I cant wait to lay on my trueback. I also wake up early to use it before work. I will tell you more in a month. Only positive so far. I would even recommend to someone without back pain, just for extra alignment.

I get wicked bad lower back pumps where i can't even stand up str8 and the only thing that makes me proper again is good mornings with 100lbs on a BB.

Sometimes the weirdest things help......lol:hu

question:can you use it on a chair? for lower back.

you put it on the floor, and lay on it. It stretch the lower back and relieve pressure from your neck to your hip-pelvis.

it directly work on the lower back with normal floor use.

the idea is to use gravity to slowly stretch while the muscle are relaxed by the pressure point spot. The spine realign itself without any force, so strain or over extension is avoided.

^^^ I googled it and they have a home page that sells it. On ebay there were some for sale but for the same price as the home page. The one`s that I saw for 45$ were used and I wouldn`t buy one that was personally.

Yeah, I was out for a while, and im going thru a break up right now.. so I did not use my true back as consistently. But the improvement is there, and seems to be permanent, since I used only a couple time a week and still getting better everyday.

Sorry to hear about the breakup... Well then my mind is set, I`m gonna get that trueback device, from Santa or myself if need be... My sister wouldn`t buy it for me as she went on the site and was saying it looked like a piece of crap, lol... I don`t blame her.

It really look like a scam from the website I agree.
