ok so i am moving away from the classic style of training and getting in to upper/lower body days, i want to build strength through muscle endurance and volume, and shore up some muscles i believe are lagging by training muscle groups 2x per week

i am new to all this so critique the shit outta me!!!

ok to start off ill explain my goals here

i want to work on the big 3 of course, squats deads and bench, those will be the staple of my training. Also i dont neccesarelly want to get any bigger, i am going more for filling out what i have and musclular devopement, as in bring up the rear delts, calves (ob) and better arm symatry (outer bicep and the part closest to my elbow??) and ob work on filling out my chest(upper) i am a tall guy and dont have trouble gaining muscle, just trouble with filling everything out, so this is my focus!!!

so this is what i came up with, its 2 days on one day off, same intensity, 8-10 reps 3-5 sets per exercise, i will be supersetting most exercises mark with an A B

Day 1- Upper

Flat BB Bench press A
Wide grip Pullups B
lateral raises A
Front Raises B
EZ bar curls A
Tricep pushdowns B

Day 2- Lower

Squats
DL
Leg extentions A
Stiff legged DL B
calf raises
seated calf raises

Day 3- off

Day 4 - Upper

DB shoulder press A
close grip bench B
DB bench press A
Bent over BB rows B
seated curls A
tricep ext B

Day 5- Lower

DL
Front squat
Back extention A
Lunges B
Calf raises
seated calf raises

Day 6- off

Help me out boys!!!!!!!!!!

post pics of the areas u want to improve i suspect you simply need more mass to fill in your problem areas i would say that the chest does not really fill in nicely til u pass a 3 plate bench for reps

3 plates for reps. Pffff! Whatever, are you serious, or just exagerating a little here?

do u think not enough weight ritch? cuz big guys with large ribcages need a lot of beef before the chest looks like a chest

Well I have no idea how big his ribcage is, but 3 plates for reps is kinda a rarety in most gyms. Just think you`re setting him up for an unachievable goal...

well if he wants a filled out look he has to have low BF or get some mass, that is all i know

Really to say x amount of weight on an exercise until you're big is a bit ridiculous.

ok i will rephase, connecting the chest on big guys is hard because of large ribcages spreads the chest out, quite a lot of lean muscle mass on the chest is required to get a FULL look

no u are 100% right bro, thats the problem, it takes a ton of muscle to fill everything in, and this is what im going for right now, it would be hard to tell right now because of the gear i am bloated really good even with an ai and strict diet, AND cardio everyday, but that is the point i suppose, i can do 2 plates for 8 reps right now 5 sets, 3x3 i can crank out a little more, 3 plates will be achievable in a few weeks once the strength comes, just started cycle last week

i guess ill post stats too, 6'4 273lbs, ~16% BF right now, well before all the water retention that is

yea ur a huge guy lol it may take a high rep lifting cycle after your strength cycle for your mass to catch up with your gains

I think like 6 months ago someone posted a video of some retard in china pushing 3 plates in a gym while he was wearing white pants and like a ed hardy shirt(Deuche bag) then soon as they unracked the weight onto him his arms gave out and the bar swayed left...2 plates gone....then right 2 plates gone....then i guess technically that's how you'd get 3 plates in gyms now days...lol:bch
