Well i pushed really hard tonight and did a lot of squats and did a ton of weight on the leg press and now i've been home a little over 3 hours and the right side of my skull is killing me.

It feels like a killer migrane, but it's in my jaw and behind my eyes. Is there a chance my breathing is not up to par when lifting or is this just a BP issue?

Shit like this happen to any of you folks?

Really...wow.

Im really pushing myself to get MAX weight and tonight i got up to 12 plates on leg press and im thinking i did to many.

I switched over to a more HIT style of training like Dorian Yates does/did.

Some would say that breathing is the answer. I say that squat keep the blood down your legs, but legpress keep the blood pressure up your brain to high and causes some issue for some people.

You`re having this problem because of you`re big 10 inch cock. You see, the body only has so much blood to circulate in your system and since you have such a big 10 inch cock and there is so much blood in your big 10 inch cock your brain is not getting enough blood flow because of your big 10 inch cock...

I don't get a head ache but when I do really heavy leg press it feels like time is going in slow motion. I asked a buddy if someone was ****ing with the music while I doing that set and he said no. It must have to do with blood pressure.

Reps between 6-8

Did about 6 sets, 8 plates, 10 plates, 12 plates(max), 10 plates, 8 plates, 4 plates for burn out. I don't really keep track, i just lift as heavy as i can till failure for leg workouts. Oh ya after 4 plates i put up 2 plates and do a few movements one legged.

This happened to me twice and it scared the shit out of me. I was doing max reps with 225 for squats one day and dead lifts on the other. I got a instant headache and i tried to go on but it was not the same. That was when I decided to never take ephedrine again.

I'm confused, are you talking 6-8-10 plates one side or both?

Please have your blood pressure checked. Remember when doing HIT training there’s a price to pay. Make sure you control your breathing and get plenty of rest. Make sure you get sufficient rest before attempting the next workout. HIT is the core of my training but can be absolutely brutal on the body.

Try slower reps. I know when I used to crank them out faster I wasnt breathing in a controlled fashion. Now I take a 3 second negative and explode out and breathing is rhythmic, no headaches for me this way.
