i dont know how anyone can down that garbage. ON whey tastes terrible and is a mid quality protein at best. stay away from proteins that have SOY anywhere in the label. that should be a red flag....

On whey does have isolate as it`s first indgredient. Don`t know why people hate on it. It`s a top notch protein. It even contains hydrosolates. The taste I like as well. The soy is probably because it`s manufactured in a plant that has stuff in the machines. I really doubt there is soy in any gram amounts in it. If anybody can prove me wrong on that, by all means, please show me I`m wrong.
