Here is my cycle history,

#1)
1-2 400mg test c

#2)
1-12 600mg test e
1-4 20mg dbol ed
5-9 50mg tren a eod
1-12 250iu hcg 2x/week

#3)
1-12 500mg test e
1-4 60mg winny

Basic Nolva pct after all of the cycles. and at least 6 months in between.

I recovered from the first 2 cycles excellent, felt great very soon after stopping.

After the 3rd cycle I felt like garbage. ZERO libido, horrible insomnia, and depressed (I am a very happy person in general, but it felt like my life was crashing down on me). After about 4 months after the 3rd cycle I was showing no signs of improvement. I did another 4 week run of nolva hoping to kick start things, and for the first time in a while I felt great again.

After 4 weeks of nolva I came off of it, and I was right back where I started. The main problems I am having are no libido (at all, my girlfriend could be naked right in front of me and I would rather read a book). I am depressed as well, I constantly feel like my life is in the shitter.

I am 23 years old, 5'9 250lbs and my gym lifts have been improving even though all of this, that is is i can actually get the motivation to goto the gym. I have gotten fatter though as I just don't seem to care enough about eating the right foods (which again is weird for me).

I would like some insight. I have recently moved and I do not have a doctor, the waiting lists are a few months long and I do not know if I can wait that long. I have no clue if my bloodwork is screwed after my last cycle as I havn't gotten it tested (but it was fine after the first 2). I have a bottle of test e here and its taking me everything that I have not to start using it again. Any advice anybody can give me would be great.

first start by going to a walk in clinic, and requesting a blood test. you dont need a fam doctor for that. the wait might be long since its flu seasons, so when i go i usually show up 30 mins before the clinic opens in the morning, that way in the first in/out.

when you figure out what yuor LH and FSH are, you can start thinking aobut HCG therapy, and may some Clomid.

not sure on the protocol, but do a search on the board, there have been a few bros with your problem and there were recovery protocols outlined in those posts

I'm surprised that you had no troubles recovering from Cycle #2 (which included Tren) yet are struggling here.

Definitely get blood work

I was always up front with my doc, I told them I ran a cycle and wanna get my levels checked, they check your cholesterol, liver panel, test levels ummm a bunch of other goodies, I think there was a good post on it here or on MN

Nothing wrong with being upfront with your doc but having a reference to AAS use in your medical could disqualify you for life insurance in the future..be careful what you tell your doc.

Yeah I found that odd to. It was low dose so who knows.

if i do go the walk in clinic route, what should i tell them? just that i have not been feeling well and wanted to get some bloodwork etc?

You might need to do some HCG to help kickstart your testies.

power PCT

Power PCT:
hcg 2500 [IU] E2D for 16 days

You will require blood work and make sure to specify you want free testosterone included as well as the more specific testosterone test which usually costs about $20 but its worth doing because free test is not always that accurate. Your LH and FSH levels are dependant on signals from the anterior pituitary this is why nolvadex by itself is not very effective PCT.
You will also want to check your tyroid levels free T3 and T4 as well.
Once you get blood work done a simple course of effective PCT should bring you around...

Wades protocol is decent i would only change some minor things...

Power PCT:
hcg 2500 [IU] E2D for 16 days (mimicks LH to stimulate the testes to produce testosterone)
Clomid 50 [mg] twice per day for 21 days (acts to stimulate the anterior pituitary)
Aromasin concurretly 12.5mg ED for 30 days (prevents aromatization of the increased endogenous testosterone)

Sounds like this is whats going on in your body : excess estrogen, low testosterone, likely elevated SHBG (which will lower your free testosterone), and perhaps problems with thyroid. Like others said, you need to get labs for : free test, SHBG, t1, t3, estrogen, lh, fsh. Then you can step into Preat's PCT, which looks good. I didnt see if you mentioned your balls shrinking. If they have, they need to be shocked back into growth. Estrogen needs to be blocked and lowered. SHBG levels can stay elevated for a while, and cortisol can spike too.
