in my halloween thread!! the guy with the buffy vampire forehead!!now i am too fat to show annything give me a couple months i am really back at it but stoped trainning every week for like 8 months and small cakes as been part of my daily diet:help.i have only one thing thats looks good now and its bellow my belt i am sure you dont want pics of that:laugh.the pic in this thread was about the best shape i got in the last 5 years i was 185 in the said pics and this years i went to 210 and really not just muscle trust me
