We have some field stones of different weights, we numbered them 1,2,3. You balance the rock in the palm of your hand and do a 1 arm press over your head.

Low back ended up siezing on me when i went home to the point where I couldnt get off the floor. Never had this happen b4. Next day felt worse and the day after I was walking around the house using a baseball bat as a ****ing cane! took sum back meds and its touch and go. Guess Ill be doing me de-load week early. Its now Tues and I can almost fully stand upright.
