Since my last leg workout, I've had a pain in my leg at the very top, as circled in the diagram below. I think it was caused from doing the bulgarian split squats.. I lost my balance when I was working my right leg.
Tonight I'm working legs, and squats is causing the pain to get worse... any stretches or something I can do to help alleviate and dissipate the pain?
