I really had no clue where to put this. If there was an injury section then maybe lol.

Since friday iv noticed a small pain that comes n goes in my right testicle area (cant pin point it really). Am not sure what caused it, but the pain seems to be lessening since saturday. I've had a hernia before (when i was 13ish, im now 24) so i thought the worst, went to the family doc today and he tells me its not a hernia. He really went to town on me, christ, i mean he did stuff to my balls iv never done lol. Asked him what it was and he says hes not sure possibly pulled something. i dont THINK i pulled my groin. Didnt really bother me during bi/tri day, nor shoulder or chest day, but during my back day, when i started going hard i could 'feel' it limit me, almost like it was tugging or something. really ****ed up feeling, hard to explain.

Has anyone had anything like this? What could it possibly be? Bruised testicle? pulled groin? I really dont notice it unless i start thinking about it. Hopefully it goes away in a couple days to a week. If it doesnt, time to go to a doc who specializes in stuff like this?

To be honest, i thought by going to the doc i would get some peace of mind, but i keep googling stuff and reading some horrific things.

You're fine, tweaked hip flexor. I get it in my left nut... you don't have testicle cancer or anything like that... it's just refered pain.

Just stretch your hips out a bit.

P.s how does it feel on LEG day... didn't see you listing that one... I do hope you train your legs.

Leg days are thursdays (today), so this will be my first leg day since it happened. But the good news is, the pain has progressively gotten better and better. I can actually touch where it hurts. Seems like its not the testie itself, but the thing that drops it down into place (not sure what its called). I was just glad that i dont have to go through surgery again, it was one of the most painful things ive ever had, couldnt walk for a week afterward.

Thanks for the advice everyone.

Leg day went well, really didnt notice it at all, seems that the pain has gone away. Unless i actually touch the sensative spot. Hopefully the localized pain will soon go away as well.

Im just glad its getting better, and not turning into a bulge in my stomach.

If the pain doesn't go away pl;ease get yourself screened for testicular cancer ( I already lost one good friend to this sillent killer )

Go sit in the tub & let your boys float freely.

Might have twisted something.

I get the same pain frequently. It could be caused by a varicose seal in the testicle, muscle related, or testicular torsion. Either way go to your family doc and get an appointment to see a urologist ASAP.
If the pain doesn't go away after a few hours next time I suggest you go to emerge and get them to look at it. It could be twisting and untwisting.

I had a torsion and it was the most painful thing in my life.

Thanks for all the responses guys, the original post was on the 3rd, since then the pain slowly went away. Not sure what it was, took about a week of a more relaxed pace at the gym for it to go away.

I think it just may have been a groin tear or something, whatever it was, it healed up.

I pulled my groin a week ago. Getting IMS (Intra Muscular Stimulation) done with needles. The pain runs right up my groin into the bottom of my right nut. She stretches out my groin, picture lying on your back, left leg straight, right bent at 45 degrees and she is pushing down on it. Then she takes out the acupuncture needle and sticks it in the taunt groin muscle.... almost puked!

Watch the groin brother.
