I've been working out for about 2 months now with a couple of friends. We push the weights to the limit. The first few weeks my muscles were sore after, but I haven't really felt anything since then. I push it as hard as I can but I am just wondering If anybody else has this problem, is it like they say, no pain no gain?
Perhaps you are over-training?

What are your stats? What weight are you pushing and for how many reps? Give us a little more information as we don't know where you're coming from.
have you been doing the same routine for 2 months?

could be overtraining. or it sounds like u are using the same program everytime u train. change things up week to week, whether its the exercises, reps or number of sets. keep the body guessing and i am sure u will be sore week to week.
works for me majority of the time, only place i am usually not overly sore is biceps.

everybody goes through this when they start [some people never get out]. Your body has adapted to your current work out... change it. Different exercises will help a little but it's likely that you'll see the most benefit from changing rep ranges and/or upping volume

could be your not using muscles to move weight possibly lifting too heavy and using momentum and borrowing from other muscles, ask someone who knows to watch your form when you do exercises

do really heavy deadlifts, if they don't make you sore then somethings up.
but sounds you are over training.
