I took these on november 1st. im 19yrs old. 6 foot around 195lbs. and natural.... plan to pack on as much muscle as i can over the next two years and then start competing

Thanks for the fix.
i went to take a leg shot but my camera died, i definatly have to bring my legs up.
ill try and get a leg and back shot up soon.
im about two months into my offseason too.

I was bad at finding the motivation when I was young to train my wheels also but man

i definatly got the motivation to train legs, its one of my favourite body parts to train, there just stubborn and grow slower then everything else.

yeah, im currently taking MVP Prowhey (courtesy of Andre from Anytime Fitness), multivitamin, fish oil caps and joint supplements
just the basics, i like to try and get all my meals from whole food. usually just one shake a day. :)
