Well, I've been trying this for a bit now. At first, on its own. Then with the Athletic Edge stack (in logs section). So far, I can notice good muscle tightness (pumps). Im not sure about endurance, cause I take other things that may be doing it. But, up against arganine, I believe this is the clear winner. I believe the only reason its not being pimped as a big deal is that its controlled both in Canada and UK. Its available in the USA, Jarrows has a pure version. 2 grams before workout is a good dose. If it remains effective for a while, I think I may add it to my list of essential supps.
