I spent the last hour putting on my winter wheels.

The darn front wheel was welded on pretty good.....

I learned a new trick. With the front wheel you can put a brace behind the wheel and use the steering to unglue it.

I tried the old fashioned loose nuts up and down, back and forth, and give it a kick. The brace behind the wheel was Sooooo much easier.

Make sure to check your coolant too! and make sure you have Winter washer fluid in.

As do I, I more than most people I know can get away with less clothing in the cold, but come on shorts and sandals? Its been dropping below freezing over night during the last few weeks.

I have my winters ready to go on in the next few days...

I no doubt loved the 8 months of rain. At the 6 month point I was sitting in the basement with a shotgun in my mouth. 7 years was enough for me.

I'm to the point of sandals and a jacket. I waited to switch my wintier wheels on last year and realized it's no fun switching wheels in the cold.
