ive been eating under 100 grams of carbs a day for a long time, the healthy fats make for some good energy, im not a follower of the high carb stuff, humans rarely ate carbs until about 10000 years ago...and even then they werent the over processed carbs of today..im a big advocate of proper dietary fats..

i think it looks good and i might try it myself. please keep us posted on how you progress. almond milk is awesome, i have a tendency to go overboard with it. and **** you for being 6'2 and fighting at 170! lol, i'm 5'8 and have trouble getting to 180 eating nothing but chicken and vegetables.

ive only fought once at 170, the rest have been 185, but if i want to go somewhere with fighting so im making the change to 170 permanetly, last time i fought at 170 i weighed 189 day of fight, im a huge welter weight but just an average middleweight..

id get rid of that almond milk and substitute the lost calories with more protein and fat...the rest looks pretty good
do you not do high intensity cardio though for MMA? If so, how do you find yourself feeling with lower carbs?

if you already have your cal deficit plugged in to the total cals make sure u replenish you training sessions or you will lose to fast and your body will eat your muscles

i do lots of high intensity stuff, im fine on what i eat, my biggest meal(most cals and carbs) is imediatly after, i find this helps with recovery very well..
