So ive gained a solid 10 pounds so far on cycle, approx 3 weeks in....but ive seemed to have hit a plateau?? my first 2 weeks i ballooned up, and now it just seems to have stoped..... im eating 4 meals a day .. at least .. and at least 4 shakes a day, training like an animal... is this something that i should be worried about... maybe up my cals?

what are you taking?
if you have stopped gaining eat more.
You're only three weeks in Bro. A good portion of that is water. Measure your gains at the 12 - 14 week mark. What is your food breakdown? Also, sleep, sleep, and more sleep.

When doing test cycles i have always found i gain fast out of the gate for 3 weeks, then it slows and magic begins again at about 5 weeks....Almost everytime for me......I dont know why this happens, it seems to be initial water gain, then it slows down, then comes more of a muscle gain....
I think it is quite common, dont jump to the more food approach quite yet if you are in excess calorie mode...IMO...
be sure you are getting enough protein and fats most definitely....
It will start agin...

you should not be using gear if you dont know your macro breakdown IMO, 4 meals and 4 shakes a day? i think you could have gone a lot further naturally on proper diet..

Your diet could use some small modifications. I'll give the diet I use for bulking which works very well for me at 5' 6.5" 201 lbs about 14% bf.
Meal 1: 3 whole omega 3 eggs and 5 whites, 2 pieces multi-grain toast with olive oil margarine, decaf coffee
Meal 2: 1 cup (dry volume) oatmeal mixed with 2 scoops whey isolate protein
Meal 3: (post workout) Shake - 2 scoops isolate, skim milk, 10 grams dextrose, I banana
Meal 4: two cans of tuna or salmon with 1 cup (dry volume) rice
Meal 5: 7 ozs chicken breast or lean beef with 2 cups vegetables (potatoes, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, corn, etc, whatever I feel like having), salad
Meal 6: Shake - 50 grams isolate and skim milk or one of the whole food meals repeated.
snacks consist of cashews, almonds, and Sunchips (yes Sunchips aren't great but I don't care)
I use low fat mayo and other sauces with my meals
4 - 5 liters of water and water based liquids (crystal light)per day.
If I start to get excess fat I cut back on carbs a little

I gained super crazy my first 3 weeks, it definately slowed down. As long as the strength gains havent stopped, keep on trucking. The initial weight couldnt possibly be muscle, its mostly water, once you water up you can look forward to more permanent muscle gains, keep eating like a mofo and you'll keep gaining... 4 meals a day isnt enough btw... you should be eating atleast 5-6.
