Well I just fought this shit off. My son brought it home from his friend that was tested positive for it. Though all in all I only felt like absolute crap for 1 full day with shivers to sweats, coughs, super sore body. So basically 3 days and feeling close to normal again :flagC

i had it this spring. got home from work on a friday at 5 by 7 i was messed up went to bed and don't remember shit untill a buddy tromped into my house and woke me up sunday evening to see if i was still alive, i scraped my shit together went to work monday morning and by 7 monday night i was feeling half normal again.

it wasn't pretty, i thought it was kinda cool not remembering a whole weekend without having a court date, but when you find your salt shaker in the microwave and your alarm clock outside on the step and you never drank anything it makes you think a little bit

Mine was like that too bro.. ~36 hours of fever, over all like 3 days of being down.. All while competing still managed just 2 tenths off the jr world record **** :D

I had roughly the same about 36 hours of 103-104 fever. Then the following 2 days the fever would only come from about 4pm on. I never get a fever of over 99 even at my worst. The thing that really distinguished this from any other flu or cold was the initial respiratory symptoms. I really couldn't breath well for the first 3-4 days. Almost like allergies in a way.

I was out from the gym for a good 10 days, and lost about 10 pounds, of which 5 of them came back when i could rehydrate.

I had bad chest congestion for a couple of days. Was so bad that I was getting lost driving on streets that I know. Then I decided to go to my boxing class after 2 weeks of no cardio and my coach made me spar 3 rounds after begging him not too. Thanks for the beating. What a week lol

Did anyone here have chest pains/pressure in your chest? I have a couple symptoms of the flu (just a dry cough and body aches), but after reading that pain in the chest is a emergency sign.

that was the first symptom my wife and I noticed, sore chest like as if a person stood at a camp fire for 10 days straight

ya mine started with a soar throat, for about 3 days. then I would say about 2 days of no symptoms and then one morning woke up frozen, thats when my fever kicked in, I had a pretty high fever for about 3 to 4 days, and alot of coughing with a soar chest and trouble breathing.
