im just curious i have heard from both sides of the hill, some guys say dont take liver care while on while others consider it a staple in there cyle im just looking for some educated and experienced responses to this question : should i be taking livercare while im on, been on for about 5 months now coming off soon but just looking for some answers.
If you're taking orals then definitely. Long ester gear isn't too bad on the liver, but running Liv52 or something similar is useful. Have you had any blood work?

i started my cycle off using oral winni but that was over a long time ago and just been sticking to test cyp since then i have a new bottle of liv52 i picked up before i went on but was told taking liver care actualy reduces the amount of test your taking because its been tweaked perfectly to get throught your liver and if your taking liver care it becomes diluted or somthing and your not getting as much as you could be

Bah, hogwash. First, if you're taking orals then protect your liver. IMO there's no debate on that. Injectables are released directly to the bloodstream without a first pass through the liver, and are easily processed. Liv52 will not have any noticeable affect on your gains.

Agreed. On top of Liv-52 (or LiverCare as it's named in Canada), take some N-Acetyl-Cysteine. NAC is great stuff, it's cheap, helps with glutathione production, good for your gut, great anti-oxidant, it's basically good for everything. The only precaution you may need to take is just a little extra vitamin C.
GNC sells NAC for dirt cheap. I think I'm about the only person in town who buys it from them lol
if you are taking orals then yes but only upon cessation of the orals......no need to take it while on......

Agreed, except I believe a low dose of NAC can be and probably should be taken year-round. No need to be ultra concerned about the liver though because it will repair itself.
You WILL do damage, but it WILL go away with time. Just remember that. Use responsible doses too and don't do stupid shit like drink or take NSAIDs though.

Yes, I agree. rALA is a good addition, too, but so is plenty of real anti-oxidant fruit juices like blueberry, cranberry, açai berry, pomegranate, etc. The real ones (no added anything) cost more but are worth it. (A little quality red wine occasionally is good for you, too.:D)

That and ****in' Jaggerbombs. :yeah
I try to drink red wine but I don't know how much I like it. I'm starting to acquire a taste for it. I crave it a lot but don't enjoy it as much as I'd like to think once I start drinking it. Goes great with steak though, and I cook with it quite a ton.... although I'm sure that probably murders all the good stuff :(
