well folks i wanted to create my own little gym at home. so last year i bought a threadmill and today i just bought a regular squat rack that includes lat pulldown, rowing machine, bench, chest and smith machine, leg curl etc etc. looks like a bitch to bolt together:lick will mount it this weekend and its a really big sucker and should do the trick with of course some regular freeweights. the idea was with my 3 months old son it will be easier for me to train at home for a while. heres a pics of the exact same one that i have purchased today. it was either that or a bowsucktheflexshit so the choice was easy and the price was good i guess it will do the job.

That seems like a pretty good deal. It certainly should do the job for you.

impex .and it looks really solid to me and the thing weight 400 pounds without the weight so it is really heavy and sturdy steal i have seen and tested one before purchase and it felt great with all ball bearing on the pulleys and joint annyways i am happy with it and should do the trick even if i know that it is not the best in the world it will do the trick.

Who makes it Ian?

How much weight will you be able to put on that leg extension? It looks low to the ground so 45's would be a tight fit.

I could never be dedicated if I had equipment at home. Give me a 24 hour gym anyday.

Be sure to tell us your results.
