So I started the PreSurge, Intrabolic, IntraXcell stack today. My first workout was probably the best I've had when it comes to supplements helping out. AE seems to know what they are doing here, so time will tell as far as making gains is concerned. With ingredients like Creapure, Glycocarn, Beta-Alanine, Arginine, BCAA's, EAA's, whey hydrosolate etc. it seems like a solid label with not-so-much fluff. My first day I took a single dose of presurge, intrabolic (workout drink), and Xcell (post supps and protiens) on top of my pre and post nutrition (shakes today). It took about 40 minutes to hit (presurge is caps) and it seems to climb as I worked out. I had very well sustained energy as well as a good positive attitude. I was tired before, for the record.

So, the first experience was very good.

The shakes I take are in my Magic Shake thread, and the rest of the day is decent nutritional support. IntraXcell is taken 2x a day on non-training days. I take 5 grams Creapure every morning also, this adds to the 3 grams in the PreSurge on training days. I also may bump up the Glycocarn to 2 grams from the .5 gram in the presurge in order to go from an NO booster to a performance enhancer also (its dose dependant). Beta Alanine takes weeks to raise carnosine levels so it will be a bit before I can make a judgement.

Ill pop in from time to time to report how this is working for me.

Ok, so i've been taking the stack for a week now. I can say that the energy is good throughout a workout (about an hour-ish). I believe the bumped GPLC is giving me tight pumps. Almost d-bol like. Triceps really get super tight, have to wait for the pump to go down a bit before I set again. With enough rest in between sets and exercises, it seems as if your really replenished. I definitely get more out of each set, about a rep or 2 on average, sometimes 3. Im finding that I can push hard enough to over strain, my left arm found that out on my dumbell side laterals. I felt as if I could push harder, and did, but ended up real sore over the next few days. Think I pulled something slightly.

The IntraXcell takes about 3 weeks to start to build up carnosine in the muscle. Im told the PreSurge takes about 2 weeks to get rolling. The Intrabolic is instantly effective during workouts.

Im finding that it is best to take the Presurge about 45 minutes before workout and 1 hour after my pre-workout shake, start sipping the intrabolic about 10 minutes before you start, and take the Intraxcell right after. This is followed 10 minutes later with a shake. Im going to follow this pattern for a while and see what happens.
