View Full Version : Using Ephedrine with A pre-Workout supplement?

Hey I was wondering if you could take ephedrine by itself if the main thing you want from the ephedrine is the appetite suppresion? Aswell could I combine the ephedrine on my workout days with my pre workout supplement which has a stimulant "matrix" made up of Redline Energy & Meltdown Fat Burning Technology377mg**
L-Tyrosine
Caffeine Anhydrous
Beta Phenylethylamine HCL
Hordenine HCL
Folate(as Folic Acid)-100%
R-Beta-Methylphenylethylamine

I would strongly advise you not to combine ephedrine with redline because the side effects are scary and the energy rush is too much. I was on the stack for about a month and I had to go off.

I combined ephedrine with No Shotgun which has the redline in it. I even took extra l-tyrosine and small doses of clen with that. That to date has been the best pre workout stack ever. Shit I almost wrote the word "matrix" **** I hate that douchebag word...

yeah im not using Redline. Im using NO shotgun which I think has the same blend but less mg's
I guess Ill give it a shot taking 25mg Ephedrine with the No shotgun on workout days and 25mg on off days just for appetite supression.

Did epherine with superpump 250, creatine mono, and dextose. That was a serious prework pump. But even if you run out of supplements to stack it ephredrine and caffeine are a sick preworkout energy combo and cheap as dirt.

Hold on a sec... I never used 25 mg however, I`m talking 8-16mg tops. The 16 mg were taking near the end as my tolerance was higher...

I have and sometimes do but VERY rarly.
I would take 8-16mg with about 200mg caffein with my pre work out drink:
(bcaa'sand/or 25g whey, 2-3g creatine, 1g turine, 0.5g ALCAR,10g dex)
about 40min before
u usually do the same thing but no ephedrine

I must be immune to this stuff. I take 600 mg caffeine, 24 mg ephedrine HCL, 1 tsp taurine, and a serving of gatorade as my pre-workout. I also have added some red-cell that I picked up cheap as a NO supp. I take it about 45 mins before my workout and I'm almost buzzing when I get up there LOL. No probs with my workouts though, I fly through them.
(If it's of any importance, I workout at noon. We have a gym in the building where I work)

the reason of your immune to this stuss may be too much coffeine-it makes your central nerve sistem slowly...
does anybody add aspirine to the ephedrine+coffeine?
and in my oppinion if you dont want any problems with heart dont use so many stuff at once, especially ephedrine and clen...

im more concern with the effect on cortisol,epherdrine prevents muscle break down but still act on the catabolic hormones,so i guess with a good intra shake(bcaa,glycogen,anti oxidant) there shouldnt be too much to worry about.

I may be off base here, but doesn't using ephedrine with a NO product like superpump cancel it out? I believe the ephedrine constricts blood vessels, while the premise of an NO product is to dilate blood vessels.

I really think this whole cortisol issue with stims is a bunch of crap. I`m not saying it dosen`t raise cortisol, but it actually preventing muslce growth because it being so catabolic is something I just don`t think is true. The extra intensity it allows you to train with surpasses any so said cortisol muscle eating theories out there. Providing you don`t surpass 24mg of ephedrine and use it say 4 times a week, you`ll be fine.

since no one's saying it for some reason... EC can cause you to have some serious side effects and considering your taking it every 2 hours your unaware of them.
Please dont even try to back yourself up with anything because the proof is in the test cases already made up that everyone has seen....
EC is most effective at 24/200 any less and it's kind of a waste of time even to consider it (unless this is a pre workout then by all means explode your heart, or over heat)
Lesson here is: Build a tolerate to 24/200 in a few weeks stay on that, then cycle off then back on to avoid NCS fatigue.
As for Pre-workout guys, the deal is if you can handle it go for it, but dont mess around with it in higher doses 16/200 maximum unless other wise stated above and you have an tolerance to the E in the EC.
Alright have fun im sure people will disregard this advice and hurt themselves so. anways..I told you so :)

^^^ Some people don`t need 24mg, so don`t say that anything under that amount is a waste, c`ause it takes me weeks to get up to that amount. Also 8mg five times a day comes to 40mg daily. That`s almost 1/2 of what taking 24mg 3 times a day comes to. So what`s the problem with his protocol?
