I thinks as long as dad keeps the reps in the 15 or more range there shouldn't be a problem.

The video they had on the news was from youtube.

My brothers has a 5 year old and he can to 50 push ups. He can also do on handed push ups (shit I cant do those), and if you hold his feet he does superman push ups. He Is doing squats with a 15 lbs dumbell. I saw him pick an Olympic bar up off the floor. He only weighs 45 lbs.

What can happen to the boy physically from training like this, obviously he could sustain the typical injuries a bb'er get's. But issues with growth plates??
This kid is going to be mexico's? next champion gymnist. lol

I love how because the kid workouts he MUST HAVE BODY ISSUES

I have seen a bunch of videos of the kid, he is a gymnast. Alot of really young gymnasts have impressive builds for their age, this kids just happens to be quite developed.

Whatever good for him.

Based on what? most of the stuff he does is BW gymnastics exercises.

Everyone has to be negative.

Its been done before, there was some little Euro freak pounding weights 10 years ago at this age and he was "ripped"... they did a follow up story and he was a scrony weiner living in a trailer... i dont think muscle you put on when you're that young does anything as you get older.

i cant see why it wouldnt be beneficial... as long as he doesnt cause injury.

Its funny that the reporters are are freaked out and almost disgusted. I see nothing wrong with this and would want the same for my kid when the day comes.

Go to Mcdonalds at 5pm and look at all the fat, unhealthy little shits stuffing there faces with fat and salt. 300lb parents doing the same while the kids cant even run though playland without taking a tubby break.

Ok so this kid works out and trains, I am sure he eats healthy..humm whats the worst thing that can happen to him....he continues his healthy lifestyle and becomes a fit/huge mofo.

Fat kid at Mcdonalds ...continues the shit eating habits he learned as a kid. Never steps into a gym a preforms little to no activity. Suffers from Cardiac problems, stroke, type 2 diabetes, increase risk of types of cancer, fatty liver disease, galbladder disease, breathing problems, thrombosis.
Plus grows up with a poor sense of self esteem and possible psychological problems.

Now you tell me what kid you would pick...no brainer. Thats the problem with our fat society.
