Is there a better protein powder than this? I mean 50 gm of protein in one not-that-large-a-scoop and only 210 calories. I mix the vanilla with whole milk and two whole free-range eggs (or three or four egg whites) and put half of it on my Alpen each morning. I use the rest to wash down my vitamins & other supplements. Taste great & feels great. This is not an ad & I gain nothing by defending what I think is the best protein powder. Plus, it's only found in Canada, I believe.

I`m not saying it`s a bad protein, but it has 50 grams per serving because the scoop is bigger than the one`s that have a 30 gram serving...

Isoflex is better.

LOL. Both are (or at least were at one point) made in the same manufacturing plant. When you do the math they both work out to around 90% protein so it really doesn't matter how many grams of protein are in a scoop. If you use the Iso XP scoop in the IsoFlex bottle you will still get 50g of protein per scoop.
IsoFlex does have more flavours so if you want more options go with them.
You should be able to find an isolate from one of the board sponsors that will suit your needs. I'll let the board sponsors speak up now....

i was beginning to wonder when someone would finally set the record straight on this fact.

so mnay people look at the label of a protein powder and buy the one with the most protein in it. they dont realize the scoop size. nor do they udnerstand the difference between isolate and concentrate but thats another matter all together.

Hopefully this will help some people. Thanks SS

reasons why isoflex is better

- depending on flavour, less grams of carbs and fat than isoXP - with more protein.

EX: Strawberry - in two scoops: 54 grams of protein, 1 gram of carbs, 0.2 grams of fat

- costs less.

in conclusion, isoflex is better.

By the looks of it Iso XP has a slightly higher protein percentage (1 %) and also less carbs when comparing the chocolate flavours of both.

Guys...you are all assuming the labels are telling the truth. I think it would be best to get a lab analysis and that will really show what is going on...but that is another story. As I said before check out the sponsors. You will be pleasantly surprised. Just check the feedback from satisfied customers...great services, willingness to fix problems (when they rarely happen)...etc.

Why would you compare Iso-XP Chocolate to Isoflex Strawberry???? That doesn't make sense. Compare Iso-XP Strawberry to Isoflex Strawberry.
