If the answer is yes, then yes... it's a big deal :)

the HB formula gave me 2880 Cals, so its 580 cal deficit on this diet but im sure the 80 is made up in cooking sprays etc

You're basically following the Palumbo diet but modifying and ruining it. It's like taking a perfect thing, taking a shit on it and then asking your friends if it's better. It isn't. Use the actual Palumbo diet.

why would you want to lose weight? at 6'3" 240lbs depending on BF, thats a good build.
but yeah..i would add real fibre sources from foods, not powder.....chewing & digesting will help you burn fat.

I'm 6'3" about 235 right now and eat about 2300, and on some times close to 2000.
