you got Parkinson's?
only thing I found is that it may improve contractility of a muscle because of increasin neuron function, not because it builds a bigger stronger mucsle, used in track for sprinter getting out of the blocks fast.

never heard that one before. timing, knowing what is coming next, never ever heard reaction time being a skill in bjj.

it's a selective MAO inhibitor (monoamine oxidase inhibitor)...which means you'll have more adenergic effects due to the increased stimulation at the synapses. It's indicated for Parkinson's, depression, and mild-to-moderate Alzheimer's as an adjuctive medication. It's contraindicated in persons with active peptic ulcers. Lots of adverse effects, inlcuding CNS, cardiovascular, and GI upset. Interacts with LOTS of drugs! so watch out. Some alpha or beta adernergic agonistic drugs can increase hypertensive effects (giving you dangerously high blood pressures). Many interactions between serotonic drugs, leading to increased system serotonin levels = serotonin syndrome :S
Aviod tyramine-rich foods (cheese, red wine, beer, etc), as these can induce hypertensive effects.
but ya...go for it...

I can see timing being related to reaction time..
