I came to this forum since I keep reading the hCG and bodybuilding work with each other for testicular reasons and boosting or jumpstarting natural testosterone production.
Now another form I have been reading on the Internetz is using it combined with a VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet) approx 500/cal/day being very specific on what your allowed to eat and when, will make your body burn/use your abnormal fat, ( the fat that lingers and very hard to exercise off )
the dose is 43 days straight of 250iu daily injected, and 500 calories.
Some people say having premade the 10,000iu hcg is too long, so I was told to get 2 x 5,000iu and use one then the other with BW.
Also, Since I am from Vancouver BC, I am having troubles finding hCG, Im not asking you where to get it, but curious if people in Canada get it somehow in country or 100% out of country.
Any help is appreciated,
I am 5'8" 205lbs which is BMI about 32.
And 5 years ago I was 175lbs, so for only being 26 years of age, Im sorta worried about progressively gaining more and more weight etc...

do some exercise and eat well and you won't have to worry so much about gaining weight - at least not the bad kind of weight.

500 cals a day is not only recipe for disaster but also for failure. I dont care what drug or supp you add it does not make it any healthier. You are going to loose weight but also muscle.glycogen and of course fat with only 500cals no matter what you take.
500 cls is not enough to even support normal brain function. Your going to be zapped of energy and your immune system is going to be shot. Normal body functions are guaranteed to be surpressed including normal hormone levels.
Not to mention the ultimate yoyo effect when you re-into normal caloric intake.
This is not only a stupid fad diet but very dangerous. Like anything in this game slow and steady is the only way to go.

dude iam in the stages of leaning out and i eat 2000 cals plus a day , 500 cals a day you starving your self and that is bad

you guys need to read up on the hcg diet before you comment.... there is merit to the science.
My cup of tea? nope. But it is supposed to work. The HCG makes your body burn off fat instead of sacrificing muscle on the major calorie deficit....

There is no doubt 500 cals/day will burn fat. It just looks way too unhealthy. Will it work 3500 cals a week hell yeah.
Also not my cup of tea..are your even allowed to drink tea on this diet.

read the deit info you dont eat any high protien, just alot of fruit and apple vinger and green tea

Quick overview:
*
Drink a large glass of water immediately in the morning.
*
Drink colon cleanse stuff.
*
Take apple cider vinegar.
*
Take whole food supplement.
*
Take coral calcium.
*
Eat breakfast with enzymes.
*
Mid morning snack includes an apple and a cup of green tea.
*
Before lunch take apple cider vinegar and a teaspoon of coconut oil.
*
Eat lunch with enzymes, apple or grapefruit and a salad
*
Mid afternoon have an apple and a cup of Yerba mate tea.
*
Before dinner take apple cider vinegar and a teaspoon of coconut oil. Eat dinner with enzymes and a salad.
*
Mid evening have a grapefruit.
*
Before bed take L-carnitine and eat protein.

lol, yeah I think you can drink any tea or coffee.
the Daily intake I was reading was this:
The Diet
The 500 calorie diet is explained on the day of the second injection to those patients who will be preparing their own food, and it is most important that the person who will actually cook is present - the wife, the mother or the cook, as the case may be. Here in Italy patients are given the following diet sheet.
Breakfast:
Tea or coffee in any quantity without sugar. Only one tablespoonful of milk allowed in 24 hours. Saccharin or stevia may be used.
Lunch:
100 grams of veal, beef, chicken breast, fresh white fish, lobster, crab, or shrimp. All visible fat must be carefully removed before cooking, and the meat must be weighed raw. It must be boiled or grilled without additional fat. Salmon, eel, tuna, herring, dried or pickled fish are not allowed.
One type of vegetable only to be chosen from the following: spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage.
One breadstick (grissino) or one Melba toast.
An apple or a handful of strawberries or one-half grapefruit.
Dinner: The same four choices as lunch.

HCG will not burn fat...500 cals per day will drop muscle very quickly..metabolic damage can also occur with that diet. When you are finished your metabolism will be a mess, youll have little to no lean body mass...youll gain weight faster than cattle on finaplix being force fed tonnes of grains.

like I said, this diet is not my cup of tea, but for a non bodybuilder type, or obese person, it appears to work by affecting the hypothalamus gland and "resetting" it. Speeding up your metabolism...
YOu guys are just looking at the 500 calorie part, and ignoring the rest.
Is it a good choice for a bodybuilder? nope, haha probably not, but the hcg apparently stimulates the hypothalamus gland into burning fat stores, freeing up thousands of calories a day in stored fat that would otherwise have to be burned by calorie deficit and cardio.
Look into the whole picture of this diet before you say and at least read one article before you knock it.

Just picked up my supply looks like I'm starting tomorrow.

if i were to stay on my 2000 cal diet( carb cycling) and starting to take hcg would it help me lean out??

I really dont think it is that bad, go on youtube, dozens and dozens of people have posted day by day videos showing their results, never commenting on harsh side effects, and the fact that Kevin trudeau, wrote a whole book about it and published in the millions, makes it feel a bit safer.
but yes my wife knows im doing it.
