How much do you guys aim to ingest a day?

1 gram of vit c 3 times a day
50mcg of b complex once a day ( sometimes I split the tab and take the other half later)
400mg of magnesium with 30mg of zinc before bed
400 iu of vit E before bed
I should add the greens supp I use with fish oil caps to give me about 1200mg of DHA per day
Lot`s of other supps but will limit the stack to vitamin type stuff...

a multi vitamin (centrum type)
alpha lipoic acid 125mg
b12 1200mg
b6 200mg
vit e 800iu
greens+
berry+
fish oils (omega 3-6-9) 7200mg
daily
plus supplements such as glutamine, whey, Liv52, and creatine
The multi Vitamin Pack I take daily has everything ( and more ) that I need in a day.
IE:
Vitamin A = 10,000 IU
Vitamin D = 400 IU
Vitamin C = 1000 mg ( I will increase this amount like Rich if I'm sick or feel it coming )
B1,B2,B6,B12 = 100mg ( plus I take in 1ml of B12 every 3 days via injection )
Calcium = 50mg ( plus all the milk )
Not going to list all the stuff in the packs , but it's the ISS Viamin Pak - works well form me. My pill count currently is aprox 15-20 ..

The amount you take should often depend
on the absorbability of the particular supp.
ie: magnesium citrate is more absorbable than
the cheaper magnesium oxide found in many daily vitamins
vit A - 10,000iu mix of retinyl acetate + beta carotene
Vit C - 1200mg ascorbic acid
vit D - 2000iu Minimum ! during winter (known safe 5000iu and beyond)
Calcium citrate 500mg
Magnesium glycinate 300mg
Potasium citrate 75mg
Phosphorus microcrystaline hydroxyaptite 100mg
Zinc glycinate 25mg
Molybdenum citrate 100mcg
greens +
organic wheat grass
30g fibre (40%sol/60%insol)
minimum 6 spoons of fish oil, 30g
combination of 500mg niacinamide +
200mg N-acetylcysteine (for improved carb conversion)
+ above avg doses of Vit B's, too much to write down - maybe later
...for stress reduction, lower cortisol and increased energy
something else that has helped a lot at different times was
learning about Betain. 200mg of betain hcl, it basically increases
the hcl acid in your stomach to improve digestion.
helps break down protein and greatly improves vit absorbtion.
Do some research before you go just swallowing some caps.
ie: no universal dose, should be taken with 50mg Pepsin + possibly pancreatin
wow..i take a lot of supps...lol

if u get a good time release easter vitamin c u would take alot less and it will stay in ur system for alot longer
