i seen a few threads and it seems the consensus is its a waste of time and money, without any short 3 line sarcastic replies can anyone thats tried it tell me if they noticed anything out of the ordinary when they tried it?

i was thinking of trying some just because i have a hard time isolating, i tend to turn trap shrugs etc into a compound lift and work everything above my belt except my traps. i was thinking if like the adds say "every drop of blood in you and your 4 closest neighbors will flood into your muscles" i might be able to tell whether i am using the muscles i want when i want.

Personally i honestly believe that more than 95% of supplements out there don't do shit.

You may wat to take a look at these studies. They deal with ED by raising NO in the blood.

The truth is most NO2 products suck. The only purpose they serve is to fuel a workout. GPLC (Glycocarn) is the only proven NO2 booster. Arginine is not. If you use an NO2 product, use it for a boost - not for huge gains.

I don`t think you`ll notice much from no2. The claims were it gives permanent muscle gains, lol... I remember when this stuff first came out by MRI and people were paying $120 for a month supply. I`d spend that money on something else.

As stated above...NO products will not build muscle...they are specific to the workout as a stimulating effect. For the money not worth it...a good cup of coffee or caffeine tab is all you need.

Weird, Ronnie Coleman takes NOXplode/Nitrix and attributes his size to it. IT MUST WORK!

I actually had great gains on pinnacle NoX2 which is a basic no2 product however havign said that comparing any supplement to gear is laughable at best.

i am gonna try it anyway just to see if it does help any, if nothing else i will have an empty container on the counter to point at when people notice the test gains and ask what i am on.

I was taking Cold Fusion by LG Sciences, and I really liked it. Took it post cycle and it kept me feeling full and felt great in the gym. Now I'm not claiming any huge gains, nor was I expecting any, as I was also going lighter weight and more reps, but for what I was expecting, I was very happy with it. I would definitely recommend something like that for post cycle, it helps physically and mentally.
