375 ml 100% pineapple juice
1 cup frozen fruit (PC 5 fruit blend)
2 scoops ON 100% whey Vanilla Ice Cream

blend it all together and enjoy!

That's sounds pretty good actually. I've done tuna and water a few times before - not something I'd recommend.

with that much Pineapple and fruits you probably woudlnt even taste it...
key to tuna shakes is to rinse it a couple times to get rid of the fishiness.

i used to do vantedge chocolate with orange juice...the pulp in the OJ made it easier to get down the whey that didn't dissolve. it was some pretty good shit too. the vanilla was pretty good too, but after a while it made me want to yack...too much of a good thing, i guess?!
