buddy just sent me cutlers and heaths workout routine for chest using hanys fst-7 principle.
CUTLER AND HEATH'S
FST-7 CHEST ROUTINE
EXERCISE SETS REPS
Incline dumbbell presses 3-4 10-15
Incline dumbbell flyes 3-4 10-15
Hammer Strength iso-lateral presses 3 10-12 *
Cable crossovers 7 10-15 [dagger]
* Plus 10 partial reps on final set.
like really who the hell is really going to believe this? so one compound movement incline dumbells, with them using no more than 150s in each hand???
i've seen him incline 405 for reps, so something not making sense, esp since dieting u want to hold onto all muscle, and hardness and density this is hardly a workout a pro would be doing to keep that hardness. flyes and cross overs do nothing for mass.
isolateral bench???
i call bullshit?

Looks about right to me, even though in all Jays videos he does a lot more work than that. Maybe Hany had him change it up this year to something like this. But there is nothing about it that I'd call bullshit.
Flyes do nothing for mass??? Come on now bro, they arent using 40 pounders for these, lol. And crossovers are a great exercise for finishing, esp doing the fst-7. try it!

Every exercise is for mass if you use enough weight.
