Stats
age: 32 weight: 225 height: 5 11. BF% 20 - 22, this is an approximation based of some online calc.

Goals

Loose weight while maintaining muscle and gain strength. I believe the body fat has to come down before I consider pinning myself.

Diet..
I figure I eat well but would like input. Have viewed the Plaumbo/Keto diet.
this is what i eat every day, approximately 2000 calories. As to the macro nutrients I'm not sure.

meal #1
2/3 cup hemp granola
2/3 cup rice milk

meal #2
typically two sandwiches on whole wheat bread turkey
if at school caf, only veggies and dead stuff

meal #3
brown rice
salmon,steak or chicken
green veggies and carrots

Cycle
1 - 10 Test E 400mg/week every Mon & Thurs
8 - 12 Winstrol 75mg/ed
Nolva for PCT and in case of gyno flare up

Insight on diet and cycle would be appreciated

You forgot to post meals 4, 5 and 6.
Other wise throw the steroids in the garbage because they are useless.

Follow the Palumbo diet exactly. No variation. It is the most effective muscle sparing diet there is. The diet you have now is way out of whack for what you want to attain. Just follow Palumbo exactly.

In regard to your cycle, switch the winny for var or tbol. Winny is a finishing compound. If you already have the winny and refuse to switch then drop it to 40 - 50 mg a day. Also what do you mean by "I believe the body fat has to come down before I consider pinning myself." I'm a little confused about that since you'll be pinning the Test?

In your PCT either add some HCG or Clomid to the Nolva. Nolva alone isn't sufficient. :)

Sorry let me rephrase this, body fat has to come down before i start using gear. Least that is the impression I was given from friends and reading the board.

Going to change the diet for certain, thanks for that. I wont get anywhere with what i consume now. Just wanted to show what i currently eat as its not shit. So consume more.

Drop the winny? I thought var was used for similar effects strength and finishing? I could get some var, was considering it actually and was recommended winstrol instead.

Clomid wont be a problem to get either.

Drop the winny, buy another bottle of test and run it at 500mg/wk for 12 weeks. I promise you won't be disappointing.

x3 no to the winny and yes to another bottle of test @ 500mgs a wk for 10-12 wks and thats it thats all :)

x2 i think you'll be very happy

one of my first cycles i received a free bottle of winny so i decided why not, man was that ever a bad idea, I had trouble squating, curling, it sucked. i pretty much didnt work out my legs for the entire cycle because my knees hurt so much.

the worse part is i didnt know winny can do that to you. so i used winny for the whole cycle.
