Love it or hate it?

Added some to my shake the other day and it tasted delicious. I'm trying to pack on some pounds so I assume the high sugar intake shouldn't really matter? God I love rum & eggnog season. Thoughts?

Holy Christ....eggnog season already.

Last year I picked up Optimum Nutrition 100% whey Eggnog flavor. I used up it so quick that the last few scoops used to make me gag. Love/loved eggnog but only in small doses.

That shit is disgusting... That and that gross, rotten, moldy looking fruit cake people eat during the holidays just makes me sick to my stomach thinking about it... I swear I can feel burning in my throat right now.

You can buy eggnog already!?!?!?! Time sure flies. Personally, love the stuff. Drink it by the litre. Always good to pick up a few cals here and there

Captain Morgan Spiced rum and eggnog.....mmmmmmm damnnnnn... it's a good thing the winter is my bulk season :) Sooo good!

If you don't like fruit cake then you aren't using enough rum in the recipe.
