About 1-2 weeks into my current cycle every time i go to sleep one of my arms falls asleep in a painful pinching way where i cant sleep cause of the pain, it wakes me up alot at night

this is the first this is happening to me on a regular basis when on cycle, i heard this is happening to me because my red blood cell count is high and my blood is thicker, is this true??

anyone else been through this? what can i do about it??

Yes. Happens to me too but, oddly enough, only my right arm. It also tends to get numb and tingly when elevated only slightly beyond horizontal, such as when riding a motorcycle. I don't know why it happens but it has every time. Off now since August 31 and no more problems. What about snoring. Does anyone else have a problem with snoring while on? I don't normally snore at all but when I'm on my wife says it is very bad.

it happens to me every cycle pretty much, even in the first 2 weeks as i start balooning up, i dont know why but it seems common amongst folk i know, ...
Sleeping is bad, and talking on the phone is real bad as well, seems like an overpump feeling and gets annoying, then falls asleep... i think its the extra water retention that causes it, i dont think 2 weeks is enough to build up blood volume that quickly???
You ever heard of the stranger move when masterbating???kinda works out welll...lolol..
Keep us in the loop but as the thread goes on i think you will see it is quite common bro...
Peace

I DEF agree when you lift your arm up it gets super pumped then like pins and needles after a while. I was at work changing an electrical box in the rafters and i noticed i had to keep putting my arm down and let it rest then back up. Weird never heappened to me before. MAybe it was because i got shocked and turned off the wrong breaker. YA im def a good mr. fix it. Almost as good and safe as TIm allen.

sounds familiar too. I always thought it was a pinched nerve

Happens to me all the time.. Been happening for a few years now and it's not related to gear for me, just some strange circulation or nerve problem in the shoulder joints.

I used to get this with gear, now I only get it with high doses of gh. I have heard it is because of the muscle growth, good sign I would say! My first cycle with niles was the worst, but I also blew up like 30 pounds in 10 weeks, that just doesnt happen to me anymore, thank god.

Holy shit I was about to make a post about my hands falling asleep at night. I am 12 weeks in and it started about 2 weeks ago. I thought my back was messed. Which is odd because it doesn't hurt.

I've had it off and on for several years, it just gets worse for me when I'm training really hard or taking anavar.

It's just to do with stretching in my opinion because if i take a break from the gym and stretch alot it seems to ease up for me.

You could try stretching your chest or getting a massage. I went to a massage therapist and she pushed on my pec minor for a couple seconds and my hands started tingling like they did when i was sleeping.

This happens to me. I first noticed it when I would take creatine. I think it has something to do with water retention. I will wake up sometimes in the morning and my entire arm will be unable to move. I will have to wiggle it around with the other arm to get the blood flowing good again lol. I feel a pins and needles type of sensation as the blood reenters the arm.

Punk Rock you are right on the money my man!! I was plagued with this injury for a long time, after a visit to my A.R.T. specialist ( active release therapy) she informed me that there is a bundle of nerves that are protected by the pec minor, these nerves are responsable for the arms and they were getting pinched by the muscle, all of the symptoms thet everyone here has just described. After some intense ART the numbing sesation disapated but not without pain first, this therapy hurts but the results are very fast. In order to prevent this injury, one should stretch regularaly!

Best stretch for this muscle group is to lean into a door way with your arm and elbow at a 90 degree angle slightly over your head on the door frame, lean forward and turn slightly until you feel the stretch. repeat and move the arm overhead a bit more each time. Regular massage is a great defense aswell but can be costly if you do not have coverage. I hope this helps.

P.S. It also has alot to do with the gear you are taking, some gear create's a massive pump which is responsible for the tighting of the muscle (pec minor), remember to stretch!!!

It's from water retention and higher BP. I highly doubt your blood is thicker, but try taking a few ibuprofen before bed as it might help.

I get it too. I usually take mine in the morning and/or evening and it feels especially funky in the morning. Forearms, wrists and hands feel swollen and numb.
