everytime i double clic an icon for the explorer to open.......it always opens in a small screen.
i want it to open in full screen...........

how do i do this?

If you maximize it before you close it again it should open up full screen the next time you open it.

Right click the shortcut
Go to properties
Select Maximized in the Run dropdown
