Worse actually!
Let's break down a Sausage n Egg McMuffin for ya:
http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2623/3756166401_b8801a3086.jpg
English Muffins:

Following ingredients 2% or less: salt, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, and/or cottonseed oil, vinegar, calcium propionate, corn meal, rice flour, farina, soy flour, dough conditioners (mono- and diglycerides, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate) yeast nutrients (ammonium sulfate, calcium sulfate, ammonium chloride, monocalcium phosphate), calcium sulfate, fungal enzymes, tumaric acid, potassium sorbate as a preservative.
Pasteurized Eggs:
pasteurized whole eggs with sodium pyrophosphate, citric acid, monosodium phosphate - all added to preserve color.
Sausage:
Pork, water, salt, spices, corn syrup solids, dextrose, sugar, monosodium glutamate, natural flavorings, BHA and/or BHT propyl gallate, citric acid, may contain whey protein concentrate.
Sharp Pasteurized Processed American Cheese (slice):
Cultured milk, water, cream, sodium citrate, salt, sodium aluminum phosphate, sorbic acid (preservative), sodium phosphate, cheese culture, artificial color, acetic acid, enzymes, lecithin.
Margarine:
Partially hydrogenated corn oil, water, salt, whey, mono and diglycerides, lecithin, sodium benzoate, as a preservative, artificial flavor added vitamin A palmitate, beta carotene (color).
And you can't have one of these without a Hashbrown!
Hash Browns:
Potatoes, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, natural flavor, salt, corn flour, dextrose, sodium acid pyrophoshpate added to maintain natural color, and spice. Cooked in partially hydrogenated soybean and corn oils, TBHQ (to protect flavor), citric acid, dimethylpolysiloxane and natural flavor.
Sounds pretty good, huh? ;)

+1. Though Ihaven't had a McD breakfast in months, it's so good.
Best is the bacon and egg mcgriddle. Two pancakes as a bun, can it get any better and more disgusting than that lol.

I sometimes get super hungry early in the morning and stop by Mcd's for a trio on the way to work. Always regret it afterward as it feels like I have a ball of oil and fat just sitting in my stomach. Tastes great going in though.

After yesterday's experiment with the sausage 'n egg mcmuffin I can say with certainty that it definitely makes you poop funny. Maybe I should just drink olive oil.
