Just wondering if anyone from here his competing in this show? I am doing the classic division Level 2, as I placed in the National Capital Classic this past May. Well hope to see you there, and hear the cheers for all the competitors

In this in 4 weeks? If so I know a guy doing it. I think he's doing an under 23 class.

^btw - Junior is under 21.
I'll be judging the level 1 show. I know a couple guys at my gym doing it.
Curious if it will still be an open class. If so, could make for a fast bodybuilding portion of the show!

To all the athletes who are competing....
I will be doing tans after the weigh-in. My wife and I have a small spray tanning business - www.tanlikethepros.com
We can use Jan Tana or the new Liquid Sun Rayz.
Just a little background...
We were the first in Ontario to have the Jan Tana spray tan unit and now we are the first to have Liquid Sun Rayz in Ontario (2nd in Canada).
We have worked with many satisfied athletes - for example we tanned IFBB Ben Pakulski before he won the Provincials and recently we just tanned 2 of the winners at the Fitness Star show in London. We also tanned the winner of the Eastern Ontario Championships last year in Ottawa.
You will get full service treatment! No worries - relax and compete at your best!

The spray tan is the best!!!...i've used every method possible and every product and combination and in my opinion it is by far the superior way to go for showtan color.

Hey Nate, thanks man - I can't wait to hop back up there. I plan on being a force to reckon with. I am doing the Level 2 show in both classic and open - I am hoping really do well. I know my routine is way better this time around. I will be having a few afterwards at Tila, as I work there on weekends - Gabriel's pizza is also in the plan hahahaha....Can't wait to see everyone there!

I was prepping for it. Pulled out at 9 weeks out. Injuries :(
I may be eating a pizza in the auditorium lol

it was a lot of fun last year, even though it was hot as balls.

What gym do these guy's train at,i need a good gym keep me pump and training regular?
