2 weeks and one day in. craving were so bad until i had my re feed meal after that i have none at all it is amazing energy is also up . am seeing more definition on abs and lower back now too. weight is surprisingly only down 2 lbs though. but to me its what in the mirror that counts. but wondering if i should add in 30 min low intensity cardio 4x a week?

on the keto palumbo diet almost done third week. no more visible results except negative ones. muscles look flat,, abs are no more defined than 1 week in... i upped my cardio to 40 min 4x a week this last week. i have not cheated except for my 1 refeed meal per week.. very disapointed. wondering if i should stop because diet isn't for me or keep going. and for how long ? i thought this was a fast cut diet.

My opinion is, if you were really already at 14% body fat beginning this diet you shouldn't expect drastic changes in 3 weeks on the diet alone. You need to have been doing cardio from the beginning..
Do your cardio first thing in the AM low intensity every day, 45 mins working up to an hour. You can do another hour later in the day. Focus more on getting your cardio in more than your 5x5 training as your goal is fat loss. Just do your weights heavy low volume.
