I've been a member of a few international boards over the years then happily found this one and thought I'd stick a little closer to home... I kind of fell off the wagon (training and diet-wise) in the spring due to lots of work and vacation travelling/motorcycle riding. I'm starting to reel things back in again, dialing in my diet and am planning out THE year...
I was very close to crossing over to the dark side before I fell off as I felt I was (honestly) creeping up to my genetic (ectomorph) limit at 6'1" 218 @ 12% bf. My plan is to complete the P90x program I'm on (anyone tried it? It's no joke) cut to 10% from about 14-15% at 202 lbs now, then get back to the gym, resume my 3 day heavy split until I get close to my previous stats, then reconsider my previous plan. I have been sitting on a few compounds (less some ancillaries) for over a year that would make a great cycle but held off until I could honestly say I had plateaued and had my diet, training and rest dialed in 110%...
I'll post the plan in the appropriate section when I get there again... Thanks to all for the things I've learned and heard here so far. I have a pretty solid diet, training and supplement knowledge base and will do my best to contribute as well.
