Here it is. I have not done a log for a site in a while, expect it to be detailed where it is relevant.

Compounds being run:

-Prop 200/ml
-Test Enan 300/ml
-Cypio 300/ml
-NPP 200/ml
-Deca 300/ml
-Winstrol 50/ml
-Long3 IGF starting at 40mcg, probably up to 60mcg ED

Possible compounds:

-Tren ace 100/ml
-Var 10mg/cap

On hand for PCT:

-Nolva 20/cap
-Clomid 50/cap
-Caber .05/ml
-anastrozol 1mg/ml
-isotretinoin 20mg/ml

Starting stats:

Height: 5'-10"
Bodyweight: 219-221
Bodyfat: 13-14%

Injuries:

-NON

Area of concentration:

- I would like to continue focus on shoulders, and add more size to my legs also.

Shooting frequency according to the days of the week:

Thursday: prop 1.5ML mls= 300mgs/npp 1ML=200mgs 1 SHOT
Friday: enan 1ml: 300mls 1 SHOT
Saturday: prop 1mls= 200mgs/npp 1ml=200mgs (that's 400mgs NPP) 1 SHOT
Sunday: Empty
Monday: prop 1.5mls= 300mls 1 SHOT
Tuesday: Empty space
Wednsday: Prop 1ml= 200 (that's 1000mgs PROP) --same shot enan 1ML= 300mls (that's 600mgs of ENAN)- 1ML of NPP=200MGS (now NPP adds to 600mgs WEEKLY) 1 SHOT


*I will be getting some HCG and will run this compound at 1000ius weekly, during weeks 6 to 14.

Diet:
I will give a quick run on what I will be eating:



I will finalize this in the next 24 hours..... and I will incorporate a Q & A specialty area as well.

Today is Thursday Oct 15:

1.5 prop, 1 ml enan left quad.
Today I am working QUADS.

good luck but I'll say this (because I doubt anyone else has the balls to) if you need all those drugs to grow you seriously have problems with your diet and training.

A cycle building process can be broken down into several components.
I have done write ups on this in the past, and I have no issues passing on the info here as well.
When building a cycle, a person must take a look at some of the following:

-Age
-Experience training
-objective
-Experience cycling
-KNOWLEDGE of the compounds
-Availability of the compounds (it be in your circle of friends, country and such)
-Personal level of injuries
-Last but not least money available to the person to spend

I used to hear some of the vets say and tell me, that UNTIL I experienced the magic of 1000mg of PURE testosterone per week, that I would not have anything to talk about.
That until I was able to build myself up to the 1000mg mark, I would not see "the magic" --so many call it.
I have experience magic in the past!!!! WOW!!!. I have experience magic of 2000mgs weekly in the past also, and I will share that it was an amazing experience.
I believe that being able to understand how the compounds work in conjunction with our own bodies, our own limitations play a tremendous roll in gaining or losing.

I will probably fine tweak this cycle a little more, and I will most likely add some other compounds along the way.
What I do< i do for me, and for nobody else.
What can I say, I love to play around with various combinations. Do I advise this to others? I am not a doctor.

Thursday:

I started with 10 min bike cardio---100rpm

Squad:
1 plate warm up 20 times
2 plates x 15
3 plates x 12
3 plates x 12

leg press:
5 plates 20 times
7 plates per side 15
10 plates per side x 12
8 plates per side x 15

Leg extensions:
160lbs x 12
180lbs x 10
200lbs x 10
160lbs x 12

Walking deep lounges
with a 55pound bar 20 steps per set x 3

Calves:
standing 1 set 15 reps
3 more sets, heavy x 10 each
sitting down calves:
8 plates, 3 sets of 12 each

Cardio:
Bike 10 minutes 120-130rpm
and then I walked for 10 at 3.5 speed

This was my first cycle work out.


Every set counts, every grunt, every effort will yield results.

I normally keep my range between 8-12 during my cycles, and this cycle will be no different.

300mgs of test enan.
50mgs winstrol-shoulder shot
I am training chest and bicepts.
Shot will be taken on the right quad.

10 min bike 100rpms

Stretch
1 plate warm up incline x 15
70lbs dumbbells x 12
90lbs dumbbells x 10
100lbs dumbbells x 8

Flat
2 plates x 12
2 plates x 12
2 plates x 12
(I would normally use dumbbells, but today I will use flat bar)

Sitting down press (machine)
160lbs x 12
180lbs x 10
160lbs x 12

Semi inclined flies
50lbs dumbbells x 12
50lbs x 12
50lbs x 12

Bicepts:

E-Z standing up
125lbs x 10
125lbs x 10
100lbs x 10

Sitting down dumbbells
50 x 12
60 x 12
60 x 10

Cables--ALTERNATING
60lbs x 20
60lbs x 20
60lbs x 20

Done.
I will have 20mcgs LongR3 IGF in my car, and the shot will be administered on one of the bicepts. A second shot in the PM will be administered at 20mcg.

No cardio at the end.

6:38PM----test flu taking shape now...I can feel it.---at 4PM sharp, I started to feel dizzy, and the feeling of empty space. (typical side effects when starting a cycle in the past)

From my experience this will normally last 2-3 days.

Both products used have proven themselves to be painless!

Thank God it's the weekend. I had cleared everything in my book.

Sounds like a guy simply trying to justify/rationalize heavy gear use.

Experimentation is fine but I'd rather you simply say your just trying this for shits and giggles to see what happens than to try and justify to us (especially the truly informed ones) with the above explanation cause really its a big crock of shit.
